These terms and conditions apply to all services on the 5ww platform (website: https://5ww.onl and mobile application). 5ww is an internationally licensed online gaming operator.

By opening an account or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms & Conditions are also available in English. In the event of any conflict between the Bengali and English versions, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account with 5ww, you must meet the following requirements:

• One Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, address, and contact details at registration. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• Legal Eligibility: You must not reside in a region where online gaming is prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

After registration or prior to your first withdrawal, 5ww may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This involves submitting a national ID, passport, or driving licence along with proof of your current address. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC is completed.

Deposit

Deposits at 5ww can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300, and the maximum varies depending on the payment method.

• Deposits must be made from an account in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will be voided and returned.
• 5ww does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the bonus wagering requirement is fully met.
• 5ww reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: The bonus must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically 20x–35x).
• Duration: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Restrictions: Some games may not count toward bonus wagering or may contribute at a reduced percentage.
• Maximum bet limit: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per bet is ৳500 or 5% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless otherwise specified.

5ww reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer, with or without advance notice.

All games on 5ww use internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game result is entirely independent and unaffected by previous outcomes.

Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, your stake will be refunded.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal payout in any game, 5ww reserves the right to correct the amount.
• If an event in Sports Betting is cancelled or postponed, the relevant rules will apply.

Software Usage Terms

The use of bots, auto-clickers, VPNs, or any automation software on the 5ww platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5ww platform:

• Opening or managing multiple accounts
• Using a false or fraudulent identity
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party
• Using bots, macros, or any automation software
• Attempting to hack or exploit the gaming system in any way
• Collusion betting with other members
• Money laundering or any other financial crime
• Harassing or threatening platform staff
• Accessing your account from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy

5ww reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms & Conditions violations
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
• In cases of fraudulent or suspicious activity
• In the case of chargebacks or payment disputes
• At the member's own request

If you want to close your account yourself

If you wish to close your account yourself, support@5ww.onlto email us. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before account closure, unless the closure is due to a breach of these terms.

5ww believes gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to enjoy gaming responsibly.

Our Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Limit: Set a time limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Reality Check: You'll receive regular reminders about your play time and spending at set intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

Dispute Resolution Steps

• Step 3: If the issue is not resolved, it will be escalated to the management level.
• Step 4: If the matter remains unresolved, it will be referred to an independent dispute resolution body.

In the event of a dispute over game results, server logs shall serve as the final and binding record. The actual outcome is determined by the server record, not the client-side display.

5ww reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, please contact our support team to close your account.
